Clark, Emma J. (Wilson), 84, passed away October 5, 2001. She was born in Frederick, Oklahoma on January 1, 1917 to Ruben P. Wilson and Harriet V. Overton Wilson. She dedicated her life to teaching and was a member of Putnam City Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by two husbands, James Millstead and Kenneth Clark; a son, Phillip Millstead; three sisters and one brother. She is survived by a son, Mike Millstead of Norman, OK; a daughter, Mary Jane Green of New York; her daughter-in-law, Linda Millstead of Edmond, OK; one sister, Pearl Russell of Frederick, OK; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. 

She is also survived by her two step-sons, Kenneth Clark and Tim Clark and their families. 
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 9 in the Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Frederick, OK. Memorials may be made to the Putnam City Baptist Church, 11401 N. Rockwell, Oklahoma City, OK 73162.
