William E. Donnell, 69, of 504 SW 27, died of a heart attack
Tuesday at the Will Rogers field station hospital. He had been
employed a year in the engineering department at the field.
He was born in Arkansas and came to Oklahoma in 1912, settling
at Stratford, where he reared his family. He had lived in
Oklahoma City one year.
He was a member of the Church of Christ and the Woodmen of the
World.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Lillian Donnell, home address; one
son, Earl, Enid; two daughters, Mrs. Merle Sandifer, Kansas, and
Mrs. Lillian Arns, Springdale, Ark.; two brothers, three
sisters, two stepchildren, and five grandchildren.
Services and burial will be in Stratford. Local arrangements are
in care of the Capitol Hill funeral home.
