Mr. Glenn Earl Evans, Sr., age 48 of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away on April 12, 1999 at his residence.

Funeral services were April 20 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Bonifay with Bishop Edwin Carroll officiating. Burial followed at Glennwood Cemetery in Chipley with Peel Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include wife Digna Martinez Evans of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; mother Ida Elizabeth Phillips of Bonifay; sons Thomas Earl Evans, U S Army, Germany, and Glen Earl Evans, Jr of Miami, Florida; daughters Summer Ann Evans Baxley, Tennessee and Genia Evans of Miami, Florida; sisters Ida Snaidman of Bonifay and Allacia Hopkins of West Palm Beach, Florida; uncle Thomas Earl Evans of Pompano Beach, Florida; aunts Alma Olive Simpson of Palm Beach, Florida; and Virginia Ann Banton of Richmond, Virginia.
