FIELDS David Eugene, 84, passed away Sunday in Tulsa. Owner of the Daivd E. Fields Company since 1958. Retired vice president Flint Steel.

Survived by wife, Myrl; sons, David Eugene Fields Jr. and John Taylor Fields; daughter, Mary Fields Bailey, OKC; 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; sister, Mrs. John Tucker; brother, Howard Duff Fields. In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to the Fields Trust, Boston Ave. Methodist Church, Tulsa, or a favorite charity.

Service Wednesday, 10:30 a.m., Rose Chapel (Boston Ave. United Methodist Church), interment Memorial Park Cemetery, Tulsa.
