CHARLIE GRIFFITH
Charlie Griffith, 87, of 901 NW 16 died Monday at a local nursing home. Services
will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Guardian Funeral Home with burial at Rose Hill Cemetery.
Born in Cleveland, Tenn., Sept 26, 1880, he came to Chickasha in 1922 and to
Oklahoma City about 40 years ago. He was a retired grocery store operator and a
landscaper.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Cathryn Simpson, and Miss Ilee Griffith both
of the home, and a brother, Art, Stillwater.
