Wayne Eugene Hadley, 69, of Medford, passed away Monday, June 11, 2007, at Providence Hospital. A memorial service will be held on June 20th, 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Park Chapel.

Wayne was born December 30, 1937, in Oklahoma City, Okla. He spent his younger years in Coolidge, Ariz. and Dinuba, Calif. He served two years in the Army and was married in Dinuba. Upon leaving the service, he and his wife moved to Arcata, Calif. He worked several years for Simpson Lumber. He and his wife raised a son, Michael, and a daughter, Renee. He divorced his wife, Dorothy, and moved to Medford, where he worked for Hadley Roofing until his death.

Wayne leaves behind brothers, Ray Hadley, from Nevada, and Bennie from Coulterville, Calif; one sister, Charlotte Owens, from Calif.; two grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. He was loved and will be missed.

His mother, Loretta, and his father, Floyd, preceeded him in death in Arcata, Calif. where they are buried. At his request, his ashes will be returned to Arcata to his favorite fishing spot.
