David Lee Haynes passed away on April 28, 2000 at his home in OKC. 

He was born August 5, 1957 in Maywood CA. 

David's best buddy was his dog, Levi, whom he took almost everywhere he went.

He is survived by his parents Billie Haynes, Wilson [OK]; Roy & Leta Haynes, Graham [OK]; 1 brother, Rick, of OKC; 1 sister, Linda, Tulsa 4 nephews, 3 nieces, 1 great?nephew; and many close friends. 

Services 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 13th at Hewett Cemetery, Wilson [OK].
