Parents Permitting, Luther Couple Weds

After having their bliss postponed for a whole day, Charles Heim (?), aged 19, and Nannie Harper, aged 17, both of Luther, were married yesterday by Rev. P. M. Bolinger, pastor of the Christian church of Capitol Hill. The couple applied for a marriage license Thursday but were denied by County Judge Sam Hooker, as they were not of age. They then presented credentials from their parents which gave them permission, but that did not suffice as they had failed to have the permissions sworn to before a notary.
