HERNDON Ronald, age 51, died Oct. 9 in Tucumcari, N.M. Truck driver for Transcon, member of Masonic Lodge.

Survived by wife, Jean of Tucumcari, N.M.; 1 daughter, Jenny Herndon of the home; 1 son, Tommy Herndon of the home; 1 brother, Lee Herndon Jr. of Poteau, OK; 1 sister, Ruth Alexander of Yukon.

Services Thursday, 2 pm, at Hunter Memory Chapel with burial in Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Wheatland.

HERNDON Linda "Jean" Vickery, 53, of OKC, went to be with the Lord on Sept. 19, 1998. She was born March 14, 1945 in OKC.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Herndon; father, Thomas Vickery; mother, Gladys Vickery; 4 sisters; and 3 brothers.

She is survived by her longtime companion and best friend, Bill Case; son, Tommy Herndon and Lesley Yarholar of Moore; daughter, Jenny Herndon and David Leach of OKC; 3 grandchildren, Mercedes, Natasha, and Braiden all of OKC; sister, Mary Stafford of Earlsboro, OK; 3 brothers, Delory Vickery, Bobby Osborn, and Vernal Osborn all of OKC; numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. She will be greatly missed by all.

Services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 23, 1998, at 2:00 pm, at the South Colonial Chapel of Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuary with interment following at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Wheatland.
