HERNDON Royce G., born Oct. 28, 1909 in Gould, OK, died Apr. 24, 1997 in OKC. He was founder and President of Herndon Map Service. He was a member of Bethany Assembly of God Church. 

Survived by his wife, Lois; sons, Royce Jr. & Tom; daughters, Jean Gambrell, Joan Vaughn, Patricia Caldwell, Teresa Chouinard-Griffin, Marilyn McCollum & their families. 

He was preceded in death by his son, Gary. He was a gentle, kind and honorable man who was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Services 1:00 p.m. Sat. Apr. 26, 1997 at the North Colonial Chapel. Interment in Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Assoc.
