B. Geraldine “Gerri” Hill, of Midwest City, died Tuesday, June 23, 2009, at Hospice Quality Care of Midwest City.

Funeral services were at 10 a.m. today at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel. Burial will be at Arlington Memory Gardens Cemetery in Midwest City. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home of Midwest City.

Born Jan. 26, 1924, in Zoe, she was the daughter of Jasper Newton and Vinnie Elizabeth (Neeley) Haney. She married the late Bill Hill on Nov. 3, 1949.

She retired from Prudential Insurance Company in 1976.

Survivors include her sister, Geneva Dedmon; a nephew reared as a brother, Leon Williams, of Panola, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill; brothers, Henry and Davis Haney, and sisters, Ethel Birdwell, Carrie Simmons, Delia Cheek, Violet Ford and Claircy Clark..
