Cecil M. Honea, 72, Harrah, went home to be with the Lord
July 9, 1996 in Okla. City. Born August 4, 1923 in Harrah where
he resided all his life except while serving in the Army during
WWII. He was a refrigeration repairman and always happy to help
everyone whether they had money or not.
Survived by his wife, Gwendolyn; daughter, Sharon Elizabeth,
Harrah; son, Perry Melbourne, Harrah; 2 brothers,
Carmine , Midwest City and
Darrell Gene, Newalla; his mother, Minnie Honea, Harrah; a
sister, Marjorie Chism, Nicoma Park; 5 grandchildren, Valerie,
William, Paul, Vaughn, Chasity.
He was preceded in death by his father, Cyril and a brother,
Carol "Red" Honea. Services 10 a.m. Friday, First Baptist
Church, Harrah with burial in
Memory
Lane Cemetery.
