Kenneth Harold Huckabay passed away on Monday, Aug. 18, 2008, in Tulsa, at the age of 45 years.

The son of the late Odus H. Huckabay and Alma Joyce Eby Jackson Huckabay, Kenneth was born on Oct. 1, 1962, in Oklahoma City, and was reared and educated in Carney, graduating from Carney High School.

He was united in marriage to Sonya Pittser and to this union three daughters, Shanna, Jessica and Chelsea were born.

Kenneth enjoyed his job working with patient care.

He was a member of the Parkland Church of the First Born and he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and going to church.

Survivors include his three daughters, Shanna Marler and her husband, Jeremiah, of Choctaw, Jessica Huckabay of Midwest City and Chelsea Huckabay of Cushing; two brothers, Jerry Huckabay and his wife, Sheila, of Agra and Aaron Huckabay and his wife, Martha, of Stillwater; two sisters, Brenda Wilson of Meeker and Cindy McIntire and her husband, David, of Tryon; one grandson, Felix Marler; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Services will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Parkland Church of the First Born with Brother John Turpin officiating. Burial will follow in the Parkland Cemetery.

The family will greet friends on Wednesday evening in the Floyd Family Center, east of the funeral home from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Services under the direction of the Davis Funeral Home.
