Harold C. Kidd, Engineer Dies

Harold Chester Kidd, Chief Reservoir Engineer for the Amerada Hess Corporation died Sunday in a Tulsa Hospital. Kidd of 5113 S. Joplin Avenue was 56. A native of Tulsa Kidd had served as chief reservoir engineer with the oil firm for 29 years. He was a graduate of Will Rogers High School. Kidd was also a graduate of the University of South Carolina and University of Tulsa. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Kidd was a Navy Veteran of WWII. A rosary is scheduled to be held at 7:30 pm Monday in the chapel of the Fitzgerald Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am Tuesday in St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Interment will be held in Calvary Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife Dorothy, a daughter Andrea Marie Kidd of Tulsa, a son Tom Kidd of Bartlesville, a brother Don Kidd of Littleton, CO., a sister Mrs. Joseph (Barbara) Sharp of Tulsa and one grandchild.
