Marie (Felton) LaMonte, 69, died November 11, 1989 at Deaconess Hospital, OKC. She was born in British Columbia, Canada. A member of Cathedral of Our Lady. She came to Shawnee, OK in 1930. A graduate of St. Benedict's High School and St. Anthony's School of Nursing; moved to OKC in 1947.

Survivors: Spouse, Albert F. LaMonte; son, Mr. & Mrs. Stephen L. Felton; grandsons, Jason, Derek, Bradley Felton (sons of Steve F.); children of deceased son, Richard L. Felton, Beth, Richard, Ginny. Albert LaMonte's children are Ann Snyder of Benton City, WA, Margaret Gagliardi, Arlington, VA, Timothy LaMonte, Marion KS. Rosary 7 p.m. Monday, Smith & Kernke Chapel, Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. Tuesday Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help.

Interment Rose Hill burial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Discalced Carmellite Monastery.
