LEBRON Leo Parrott passed away on 2/24/99. He was born on
10/14/13 in Guthrie, Oklahoma to Leo P. LeBron , Sr. and
Josephine Graham LeBron . Leo's career began in his teens with
R.R. Tway Construction Co. His military career began with the
Army/Air Corp. as a pilot and later continued in the Navy as the
executive officer of a ship during WWII. This led to his
commission in the British Navy in order to facilitate his
involvement with a convoy during which he rescued the British
Admiral. As Captain of a ship in the South Pacific, Leo was
awarded the Bronze Star. Leo worked for Kerr McGee for many
years, living in Colorado, Alaska, Venezuela and London.
He retired in 1976, returning to live in Okla. City. Leo is
survived by his nephew, Jerome Davison; his grand niece, LeBron
Zolbe; his great grand niece Makaria Zolbe, and numerous
relatives of his late wife, Pat LeBron .
Leo will be greatly missed by his relatives and many close
friends.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, March 1, at Hahn-Cook/Street
&Draper. Burial
