Loretta (Thompson) Lewis, 58, of Del City, died Friday at Oklahoma University Medical Center Hospital in Oklahoma City.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 am today at June Rose Assembly of God with Revs. Ron Billings and Sam Gober officiating.
Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.
She was born Nov 15, 1933, to Jim and Alma Bullard Thompson in Sapulpa. A resident of Sapulpa until her marriage to David Lewis in 1987, she then resided in Del City where she was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband David; father, Jim R. Thompson; step-mother, Viola Thompson; daughters, Regina Heath of Oklahoma City, Cindy Bilyeu of Del City, Kim Baxter of Tulsa; step-daughter, Ann Taber of Tulsa; stepsons, Johnny Lewis of Claremore, and David Lewis of Turley; bother,
Robert Thompson of Catoosa; 7 grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren.
Casket bearers will be Johnny Lewis, Gary Perkins, David Lewis, Wayne Heath, David Heath and Allen Newman. Honorary casket bearers will be Ronnie Bilyeu, Barbara Conley, LaDonna Wilson, Kayte Dunn and Grady Delling.
The family will headquarter at the home of Jim Thompson, 523 Maple, Sapulpa.
