Mr. and Mrs. M. McCaskill

Tecumseh, Oklahoma (Oct 7)- (special) Mr. and Mrs. M. McCaskill of Tecumseh have just celebrated the fiftieth anniversary of their wedding.

Mr. McCaskill was born in Mississippi June 27, 1840. In 1861 he enlisted in the Confederate army and served through the Civil War, being mustered out in ____ Greenberg, N. C. in 1865. Mrs. McCaskill was born in Alabama, Septemer 28, 1947. They were married in 1866, and moved to Texas in 1875 and from there to near Tecumsesh where they have since resided. Six children have been born to the couple and four of them are living.
