Meis, Pattie Moreland, born February 24, 1933, died December 18, 1993. Native of Oklahoma City. Graduate of Classen High School and the University of Oklahoma. Well-known in the advertising and marketing community as the owner of Pattie Meis, Inc., Marketing/Media Buying Specialists. Former Vice-President of Media for the Lowe Runkle Company, Pattie was recognized for professional excellence as Recipient of the Silver Medal Award from the Oklahoma City Advertising Club, the Star Award from American Women in Radio and Television and the Outstanding Time Buyer in the Southwest Award from the Association of Radio/Television Sales Representatives of the Southwest. 

Pattie is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Moreland, of Oklahoma City; a brother, Bill of Cleveland; three step-sons and a host of friends. Services will be held Tuesday, December 21, at 2:00 p.m. in St. Luke's Methodist Church. Memorials may be made to the donor's charity of choice.
