Kie Methvin

Funeral services for Kie Methvin, 73, of Oklahoma City will be held Friday, Feb. 14, 2003 at Wadley’s Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Joe Rhodes and the Rev. Rick Noel officiating. Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery under the direction of Wadley’s Funeral Service.
Mrs. Methvin died Feb. 12, 2003 at her home in Oklahoma City.

She was born Aug. 22, 1929 in Kashima, Japan. She had lived in Oklahoma City since 1967, coming from Japan.

In February 1953 she married John Methvin in Colby, Japan. She was a military wife living on several military bases.

Mrs. Methvin was a housewife and a member of Brookhaven Baptist Church in Norman.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother and one sister.
Survivors include her husband, John, of the home; two daughters, Carol Ann Rhodes and her husband, Joe, of Edmond and Betty Ann Noel and her husband, Rick, of Oklahoma City; one brother; one sister and five grandchildren.
