Andrew Neely, 15, died April 5, 2007. He was born Nov. 19, 1991 in OKC to Tracy Neely and Ricky Denler. He belonged to Boy Scout Troop 168; youth group at New Church and Crossings Community Church; loved speed skating, skateboarding, fishing and cars. He was a 9th grader at Edmond Santa Fe. 

He is survived by his mother, Tracy Neely; step-father, Todd Fuller; sister, Elizabeth Fuller; biological father, Ricky Denler; grandmother, Lois Neely; and numerous other relatives. 

Services will be Monday, April 9, 2007, 1:00pm at New Church with interment in Clinton Cemetery, Clinton, OK. The family requests NO black be worn to the services. Donations may be made in his name to Boy Scouts of America Troop #168, c/o Mike Koppel, 6644 NW 123rd, OKC, OK 73142 or a memorial fund established at NewChurch, 9201 N. Rockwell, OKC, OK 73132.
