Mr. and Mrs. David North Newby with their children, Melinda (left) and Mereditth Newby, 1725 NW 63, plan to leave Sunday for Hobbs, NM to establish a home. Mr. Newby will be associated with an oil company there. Mrs. Newby, the former Ruth Ann Hummer, is the daughter of R. B. F. Hummer, Bartlesville. Mr. and Mrs. Errett B. Newby, 644 NE 14, are the parents of Mr. Newby.
