Bob L. Nowka, born Aug. 12, 1927 in Okemah, OK to August and Myrtle Nowka. Bob was the youngest of 5 children. He married Lou Ella Self on June 30, 1948. Bob retired from Tinker on Jan. 4, 1984 after 32 years. He resided in Del City for 46 years, then moved to Harrah in 2004.

Bob was preceded by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

He is survived by his wife; 2 sons: Jeff and wife, Janice, and Jim and wife, Jenny; 1 daughter, Bobbi Parker and husband, Keith; 6 grandchildren: Amber Clark and husband Jake, Jessica Orlicek and husband Jason, Justin Nowka, Jamen Nowka, Kyle Parker and Randi Parker; 2 great-grandsons: Conner and Cale Clark; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2009 at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel, with interment at Arlington Memory Gardens
