Law Firm Moving Into 71-Year-Old House
The Daily Oklahoman - Sunday, October 24, 1982

According to the abstract on the property, the house was originally built in 1911 and its earliest residents were Mose and Minnie Herskowitz, operators of the Aurora Bargain Store downtown at Broadway and Grand (now Sheridan).

In 1918, a bankrupt Herskowitz was forced to sell the house, and John and Amelia Reinhart picked it up. This was the same John Reinhart who built the Biltmore Hotel and Commerce Exchange Building.
