Ex-Hotel Man John Reinhart Dead

An Oklahoma City construction company owner and former professor at Iowa State College. Martin John Reinhart, died Friday.

He was born in Edwards, IL and received his BS degree from Iowa State College in 1905. He taught civil engineering there until 1907 and came to Oklahoma City in 1908.

Reinhart was founder the Reinhart & Donovan Co., president of the  Reinhart Farm Store and the Warner Oil Co. He was a member of Tau Beta Pi fraternity and the American Society of Civil Engineers. He was also a member of the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.

Survivors include a son. John; A., 1717 Drakestone four daughters, Sister Mary Magdalen, OSS, of the home; Mrs. Eleanor Louise Khoury, 1917 NW 19; Mrs. Helen J. Emrich, 1105 NW 34, and Mrs. Mary Amelia Engel, Ada, and three sisters, Mary and Agnes, both of 513 NW 13, and Mrs. Theresa Dolan, 3024 Elmhurst.

Public rosary will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at Smith & Kernke Funeral  Home with wake there at 7 pm Sunday and mass at 10 am. Monday at Our Lady's Cathedral. Entombment Entombment will be in Resurrection Mausoleum.
