E. R. Rising died at the family residence, 1215 West Thirtieth street, Monday afternoon, after an illness of several weeks, at the age of 64 years. Mr. Rising has been a resident of the city for several years. He leaves a widow and four daughters, Mrs. W. D. Jones of Chicago; Mrs. Irwin A. Kline of Des Moines, Iowa and Mrs. F. D. Butler and Miss Ruth Rising of this city. The latter is a teacher in the Putnum Heights school. Funeral services will be conducted from the family residence Wednesday morning at 9o'clock, and interment [not readable].
