Mrs. Anna Rodesney Dies at Mishak

    Mrs. Anna Rodesney, who came to the United States at the age of 10 from Chzechoslovakia, died Thursday at her farm home in the Mishak community southeast of Oklahoma city. She was 83 and had been in poor health some time.

    Mrs. Rodesney was born on Nov. 19, 1870, in Moavia, Chzechoslovakia. After coming to this country, she spent her childhood at Ammansville, Texas, and was married there. She came to Oklahoma in 1899 and settled in the Mishak community. For the past 15 years she had lived with her daughter, Mrs. C. V. Salathiel, route 12. Mrs. Rodesney's husband, John, died 23 years ago.

    Surviving besides Mrs. Salathiel, are a sister, Mrs. Rosie Genzer, also of the Mishak community; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services will be at 9 a. m. Saturday at St. Phillip Neri Church, with burial in the Mishak cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Friday in the Smith & Kernke funeral chapel.
