Shandy Michele Roof was born on October 14, 1975, and was savagely taken from us on May 27, 2009. She was kind and loving. She had a huge heart, and would do what she could to help others. Her memory will forever be held closely in the hearts of those who truly knew and loved her. Shandy was an artistic, fun-loving, freespirited woman. Her "lil man" meant the world to her. She was the yin and he was the yang.

Shandy is preceded in death by her unborn baby girl, her mother Tammy Johnson, her grandmother Dorothy Holt, her two aunts Charlotte Tedford and Trilbia Mckim. She left behind her beautiful son, two sisters, a niece, a stepfather, many other family members and friends.

Shandy 's funeral services were held at Chapel Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens on NW Expressway and Council. Her sisters have planned a memorial service for her family and friends at 11am on Friday June 5, at Clear Springs Free Will Baptist Church, Mustang, OK.
