Robert Marshall Singleton , 76, of OKC. Born November 29,
1916 and died December 15, 1992. He attended Classen High
School, Kentucky University, and Oklahoma City University, and
was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. During World War II, he
served in the South Pacific. Retired from Dub Richardson Ford.
Following retirement he was involved in organizing the Classen
Alumni Association, and was a member of Best Years Club of OKC.
Survived by wife, Margaret P. Singleton ; daughters, Peggie
Singleton of OKC and JoAnne Jones and her husband, Kirby of
Atlanta, Ga.; three grandsons, Scott, Brian, and Jeremy
Haselwood of OKC; and one granddaughter, Jennifer Jones of
Atlanta, Ga. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 17,
1992 at Smith and Kernke Funeral Ho me Chapel with interment at
Fairlawn Cemetery.
