ABSTRACT

Anna Virginia Sullivan was born Nov 23 1903 at DeKalb, Mo.

Mrs. Sullivan died Saturday in a local hospital after an extended illness at age 85. The daughter of the late Greene and Laura Ellis, she married William Ralph Sullivan on Dec. 19 1925, at Ranger Texas. He preceded her in death on Nov. 4th 1988, three brothers and a sister also preceded her in death.

She lived in Ardmore since 1929, coming from Ranger in the 1950s. She worked for Memorial Hospital of southern Oklahoma as an LPN. She was a member of the First Christian church.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Sue Milner, Ardmore. and JoAnne
Henry, Salem, Ill;3 brothers, Tom Ellis, Amity, Mo., Charles
Ellis, Brighton, Colo. and Donald Ellis, Englewood, Colo.; a sister Gladys White, Englewood, Colo., four grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Bearers were W.F. Winblood, Marshall Winblood, Howard Keener, Bill Stringer, M.K. Patterson and James Sollers.

Services are under the direction of the Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home. Harold Dowler will officiate, with interment in Rose Hill Cemetery.
