Charlotte Kay Tedford went to be with God on April 30, 2007. Her attitude, faith, and strength were inspirational to many. She passed away at St. Anthony Hospital surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born February 17, 1953 to Dorothy and Charles Sheffield.

She was preceded in death by her mother. Charlotte loved her life, however brief. She loved her husband and was a wonderful mother to her five children and adored her beautiful grandsons. She was a graduate of NW Classen High School, Class of 71.

Charlotte is survived by her husband, George; daughters: Kellie Whitefield and husband, Jeremy, Keri Ortega and husband, Eduardo, Sandra Tedford and Tela Tedford; her son, George Tedford, Jr.; her six beautiful grandsons: Christian (7), James (8), Jeremiah (6), Jadon (2), Benicio (1), and Caleb (7weeks).

She is also survived by her stepfather, Gary Knight, whom she loved dearly; sisters: Tammy Renee, Trilbia Diane, Debra June, and Jamie Leighanne; also her Aunt Patty who she grew up with as loving sisters. Charlotte will be missed by many close friends and a large extended family.

The funeral service to celebrate her life will be held at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 4, 2007 with interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery , Choctaw , OK.
