Lula Mae Thrasher Passes Away in City Hospital

Mrs. Lula Mae Thrasher, wife of Edgar Thrasher of Luther, died Saturday in Hubbard hospital in Oklahoma City, at the age of 57.

Services were held Tuesday p.m. in the Luther Baptist church; burial in the Luther cemetery.

Mrs. Thrasher was born in Russellville, Kentucky, and moved to Jones in 1901. She was the foster daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ley. She had lived in Luther for 12 years, where she was a member of the Baptist church and Royal Neighbors.

Mrs. Thrasher is survived by her husband, F. E. Thrasher, of the home.
