Fleeta Belle Townsend  age 75, of Oklahoma City passed away on April 11, 1992 at a local hospital. Mrs. Townsend was born on December 21, 1916 in Grant City, Missouri to Albert and Retha Douglas Lang.

She married Don Townsend October of 1981 in Poteau, Oklahoma. She worked for the State of Oklahoma for ten years before retiring. She was preceded in death by her husband and one son Darrell F. Wilson. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law Edwin and Barbara Stevens of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, two daughters and one son-in-law Janella and Waymond Hunt of Parks, Arkansas, N. Jean Owens of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Private family services will be Monday April 13, 1992 at the Elmwood Cemetery in Choctaw with Waymon Hunt Officiating. Paylor Funeral Home
