The many friends of Miss May Travis here in Luther will be grieved to learn of her death in Oklahoma City last Tuesday at the home of Mrs. Byrd. Miss Travis is the only child of Wm. M. Travis and wife and was well known in Luther having assisted her father and mother in closing out the New York store stock of goods here a short time since.
