Norma "Penney" Vaughn, of Oklahoma City, passed away Friday, October 6, 2000 at her home after a long illness.  
She was born July 17, 1947 in Mansfield, LA., to Clyde and June Armstrong.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include her husband, Ron Vaughn of Oklahoma City and two sons, Ty Davis of Okmulgee and David Davis and wife Lynne of Okmulgee, a grandson, Tyson Davis of 
Okmulgee, her mother June Armstrong of Henryetta, a sister, Angie Stephens and husband Gary of Henryetta, 
a nephew, Jonathan Piwonka and wife Heather of Slaton, Texas, one niece, Staci Hare and husband 
Freddie of Slaton, Texas, two great nieces and one great nephew, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
 
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 9, 2000 at the McClendon Funeral Home Chapel 
with the Reverend Bill Vaughn officiating.  Interment will follow in the Morris Cemetery under the 
direction of the McClendon Funeral Home of Okmulgee.
