Charlene Warner, 76, of Oklahoma City, died Tuesday, April 24, 2001 at Mercy Health Center.
She was born in Boyd, Texas on November 12, 1924 to Guy and Jessie Harris. Charlene had lived in the Oklahoma City area most of her life, for the past 73 years. She was a member of the Church of the Servant. She was an avid bridge player and enjoyed traveling with her husband, Robert. Charlene retired from the federal government where she worked as an accountant.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Warner of the home; one daughter, Deborah Chrisman and her husband, Lyle of Seattle, WA; one niece, Ladonna Due of Oklahoma City; and one nephew, David Harris of Oklahoma City.
Rev. Susan Southall will officiate at funeral services to be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 27, 2001 at the Chapel of the Cross in the Church of the Servant, 14343 N. MacArthur, Oklahoma City. Committal services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in Hobart Rose Cemetery, Hobart, OK.
Memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.
