WEBB Ruth Evelyn, 68, born Dec. 22, 1922, in Wister, OK, passed from this life at Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Dec. 22, 1990. She had been living in Oklahoma City since 1981. She was a retired school teacher, and taught school 29 years. She taught in the Junction City School System from 1961 until her retirement in 1978. She was a member of Trinity Church of the Nazarene, Oklahoma City, and prior to that, Junction City Church of the Nazarene. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy W. Webb, Jr., in 1979. 

Survivors include her mother, Veneda Carney, Oklahoma City; daughter and husband, Tom and Nancy Young; sons and wives, Bill and Donna Webb, Madison, WI, Tom and Judy Webb, Sublette, KS; grandchildren, Patrick and Robert Webb, Brook e Kerns, Troy Webb, and Danny Young. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, at 1:00 p.m., Milford Cemetery, Junction City, KS.
