Mrs. Faylese Earnestine West, ''Fay'', 77, born July 21, 1931, in Jones, Oklahoma, passed away February 24, 2009.

Services will be held Saturday, February 28, 2009, at 11:00 A.M., at St. Luke Baptist Church, Spencer, Oklahoma, Dr. Kenneth L. West, Pastor, officiating.

Interment will be Arlington Memory Gardens, Oklahoma City, OK. Services under direction of Pollard Funeral Homes, Inc.
