Hughie Whisenhunt, loving husband, father, and grandfather died at the age of 75 on the day of March 9, 2004 in Midwest City Hospital at 8:10 AM. and is in the arms of our loving Father in all His Glory and Splendor. Hughie was born in Saskawa, Oklahoma May 5, 1929. Hughie served as a medic in the United States Air Force during the Korean War caring for wounded soldiers who were injured in battle. He Served duty for our country in the years 1947 thru 1951. After service Hughie worked in the oil fields in 1951 thru 1965 then was hired by the United States Post Office till the present time. Hughie was a devoted Christian and gentleman whose testimony of love could be shared by all who has ever known him. Hughie's hobbies included playing dominoes, sports, and spending many wonderful memorable years in fellowship with his wife, family, and friends.
His wife Delores of 52 years, along with his four sons Joe and his wife Kitty, Mike, Cleve, and Tom and his wife Barbara survive Hughie. Along with his grandsons and granddaughters Louise, James, Christy and her husband, Andrew and his wife Christina, David and his wife, Kari, Seth, and Heather Walters. Hughie also has four great grandchildren. He also has one brother, Gerald Wayne and his wife, and one sister Naomi along with many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday March 20, 2004 at Nicoma Park Baptist Church.

Dolores Arlene Whisenhunt, loving wife, mother,
grandmother, great grandmother, and sister, passed away on
September 26, 2008 at the age of 76, in Midwest City, Oklahoma.
She was born on March 25, 1932 in Oklahoma City, OK to Cleveland
and Hazel LeBoeuf. She was preceded in death by her loving
husband of 52 years, Hughie Whisenhunt and her parents. Dolores
enjoyed working in her yard, taking care of her fish pond,
playing dominos and spending time with her family. Dolores is
survived by her four sons, Joe Whisenhunt & wife Kitty, Mike
Whisenhunt & wife Ann, Cleve (JC) Whisenhunt and Tom Whisenhunt,
7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, one brother J.D. LeBoeuf
& wife Diane, a host of loving relatives and friends. Funeral
services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, 9/30/2008 at the First
Baptist Church of Nicoma Park
