WILCOX, Grover Franklin, age 75, of OKC, beloved husband, father and much loved grandpa, was born July 14, 1919 in Capron, OK and passed away to Heaven on November 10, 1994. 

He was a WWII veteran and worked at B.S. & B. for 21 years and retired in 1984 from the OKC Water Dept. He served faithfully as a Deacon of Kentucky Ave. Baptist Church, where he was a member for 43 years. 

Grover is survived by his wife of 53 years, Arlene; a daughter and son-in-law, Carlene and Ken Jenkins, who are missionaries in Malawi, Africa; 2 sons and their wives, Spencer and Shannon and Leslie and Ellen; and 11 grandchildren. Grover was one of twelve children. He has surviving a brother, Harold; and 4 sisters, Irene Tate, Dorothy Fobes, Wilda Caywood and Stella Penland; and several nieces and nephews. Grover never met a stranger and he had a heart to help everyone. 

Services 2:00 p.m. Mon., Nov. 14, 1994, at Kentucky Ave. Baptist Church.
