The Daily Oklahoman Gen Wilkins Memorial The memorial service held at St. Paul's Episcopal church Sunday night in honor of the late department commander of the confederate veterans, Gen. S. J. Wilkins, was largely attended, the church being inadequate to contain all desiring to be present. William Cross was master of ceremonies. The principal addresses were by J. P. Allen; Dr. John Threadgill, E. J. Giddings, and Gen. Brant Kirk. The beautiful services were augmented by music furnished by the choir of St. Paul's church.
