Vernon Lee Winford, 84, died May 3, 2007. Born September 11, 1922 in Lindsay, OK, to Ausby and Cammie Winford. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jewell and daughter, Carolyn Parker. He served in WW II in the Army Air Corps based in England. He flew several combat missions as a radio operator on a B-24. He retired from the dry cleaning business. He is survived by a grandson, Donald Lee Parker; granddaughter, Nicole Parker; and several nieces and nephews. A private family gathering will be held.
