BOBBY LEE WOODS
Mr. Woods passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2001, at his Madera home at the age
of 71.
A native of Oklahoma City, OK, Bobby was a resident of Madera since 1966, where he was a retired teamster having been a truck driver for Al Scanivino and United Vinters.
Bobby was a devoted family man who is survived by his wife of 50 years, Geraldine "Jerry" Woods of Madera and his children, Joe Rose of Porterville, CA., Candis Woods of Willows CA and, Ric Woods and Barbara Whitted both of Madera. He is the beloved grandfather of Shon, Heather, Tommy, Keith, Joe, Levi, Rebecca, Bobby, Heath, Matthew, Kimberlee, Cassie, Mario and Joey and the great-grandfather of Caitlin, Collette, Mariah, Bailey and Mason. He is the brother of Harriet Peterskoff of Sacramento, and Margaret Ruter of Virginia.
Visitation will be held at Jay Chapel, Madera, on Friday, June 8, 2001, from 1:00 to 8:00 pm Funeral Service will be held at Jay Chapel on Saturday, June 9, 2001, at 9:00 am. Private Entombment will be at Arbor Vitae Cemetery Mausoleum.
