Ex-Court Worker Dies

A  63-year-old retired official of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Court was found dead in his back yard Thursday afternoon, apparently the victim of a self-inflected shotgun wound, police said.

John Zwick, 2925 Drakestone, was discovered lying in his back yard by a neighbor, officers said. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Dr. A. Jay Chapman, state medical examiner.

Zwick, son of the late Dist. Judge William H. Zwick spent 24 years as juvenile court referee and administrative director of the juvenile division.

He retired in 1971 to become a marshal of the state Supreme Court.
