Hazel Marie Ball, 93, passed away Saturday, November 29, 2008 in Sapulpa, OK, formerly of Oklahoma City. Hazel was born on March 20, 1915 In Oklahoma City, OK to Elmer G. and Lula Pearl (Stone) Barber. She was a homemaker and loved to baby sit and embroidery. Hazel was a member of the Mayfair United Methodist Church and was a babysitter for the church for 14 years. She lived her life in Oklahoma City and moved to Sapulpa in October, 1999.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, Tommy L. Ball and her oldest son, Larry W. Ball.

She is survived by her son, Jerry Ball and his wife, LaWana of Moore, and son, Roy Ball and his wife, Melissa of Sapulpa ; daughter-in-law, Connie Ball of Oklahoma City; her granddaughter, Stephanie Williams and her husband, Tim and great grandchildren, Victoria, Allie and Amelia Williams all of Colwich, Ks; grandson, Brian Ball and his wife, Lisa and great granddaughter, MacKenzie of Moore; and grandsons, Tommy Ball and Taylor Ball of Sapulpa .

 Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 3, 2008, at 2:00 p.m., at Mayfair United Methodist Church in Oklahoma City. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery. The Reverend Bob Younts will be officiating. Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
