Rites Scheduled In City Monday For Mrs. Brewer

Services for Mrs. Minnie Brewer, 72, of 2112 S Central, will be at 4 p.m. Monday in the Hunter funeral home with Rev M E Ramey, Edmond, officiating. Burial is to be in Sunny lane cemetery.

Mrs. Brewer died early Saturday in Capitol Hill General hospital after an illness of one year. She had been in the hospital a week.

Born in Winnsboro, Tenn., Mrs. Brewer came to Oklahoman in 1908 and settled in Stratford. She lived there until she came to Oklahoma City in 1930. She was a member of the Baptist church here.

Survivors include her husband, J M., of the home; three daughters, Mrs. E F Ballard, Vega, Texas; Mrs. George Glass, 2318 S Walnut; Mrs. J E Truman, Oklahoma City; two sons, O L, Tulare, Calif., and C N., Duncan; 10 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

[Note: Sunny Lane Cemetery online shows Minnie F. Brewer 1878~1950 - found no stone photo or other Brewers in the same section]
