Chapman Nell B., born May 5, 1897 in Harrison, Ar., died Aug. 21, 1991 at age 94. She was a member of Mayfair Church of Christ.

Members of her family are a son, Eugene W. Chapman of Salt Lake City, UT.; 2 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Ms. Gladys Brotherton, Los Angeles, Ca., Mrs. Nan Ferguson and Mrs. Lucile Walker, both of Oklahoma City.

Services for Mrs. Chapman will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, in Williamsburg Chapel at Guardian North with committal at Rose Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mayfair Church of Christ, 2340 N.W. 50th St., Oklahoma City, Ok. 73112.
