GOINS Robert "Frank", 92, passed away May 2, 2000. He was born Dec. 20, 1907 in Orr, OK to Isaac Goins and Mollie Roark Goins. Mr. Goins was a U.S. Postal Clerk and a partner in Bundy's Western Wear. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy Shore Patrol in WWII and was a member of Putnam City Baptist Church.
He married Mildred Reid Goins on May 10, 1937. She preceded him in death in 1992.
He is survived by his daughter, Ola Beth Hays and husband, Douglas, Broomfield, CO and grandchildren, William Robert Haysand Robert John Hays. Visitation scheduled for 4:00-6:00 p.m., Sunday at Mercer-Adams. Service at 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 8, in Mercer Adams Chapel with interment in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Goins is survived by her husband, Frank, of the home; a daughter, Ola Beth Hays and her husband, Doug; 2 grandchildren, Bill and Bob Hays, all of Broomfield, Co.; a sister and a brother.
Services 10 a.m. Friday at Gene Adams Funeral Chapel. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery, Edmond.
