Fidencio Ted
Hernandez passed away on Feb. 12, 2010. He was born Nov. 16,
1928 to Felipe Garcia Hernandez and Maria Belen Ramos, in
Brackettville, TX.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters
Manuelita Martinez, Eva Rocha, children Patricia, Teodore,
Terry, and Sibal Jean. He is survived by his brother Rey
Hernandez, sisters Nicolasa San Miguel, Ramona Perez, Dominga
Garza, children Corinne O'Connor, Roxy McAtee, Diane Hamilton,
Rodney Hernandez, Sherry Hernandez, Rina Steaveson, John
Hernandez, Abbigail Hernandez, Shiloh Gates, Jolee Hernandez, 20
grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews
and his beloved friend Frances Zisman. Ted was a WWII Veteran.
He was a welder by trade. He enjoyed spending time with family
and his horse Pepe. The family would like to thank Good Shepherd
Hospice for their help and compassion. Viewing will be Wed.,
Feb. 17, at Advantage Funeral Home, Mid-Del Chapel.
Services will be held at Our Lady of Fatima, Nicoma Park ,
Thurs., Feb. 18, 10am, Rev. Shawn Tharp will officiate.
Interment will follow at
Memory
Lane, Harrah.
