A. Fluty, former Jones Chevrolet dealer, will be Monday at 10.30am in
the Smith & Kernke chapel. Burial will be in the
Kolb Cemetery, Spencer.
Fluty downed Thursday in Lake Hamilton, Ark. , near Hot Springs, while
there on a vacation trip.
Fluty was born in Hess and grew up Maramec. He
was a graduate of the Maramec high school. He attended junior college at
Oklahoma Military Institute and then went on the University of Oklahoma.
Ile was married in 1930 in Spencer to the
former Miss Hannah White and excepted for about three years in
Louisiana, live in Jones since that time. H was a partner in the
Chevrolet agency in Jones from 1943 until about three months ago when he
sold his interest and went into oilfield work.
Fluty was a32nd degree Mason and a Shrines. He
was a member of the Jones chamber of commerce, the Harrah Roundup club
and the Arcadia Roundup club and the Westerners Rodeo club.
Survivors are his wife. of the home; two
children, Cynthia Ann and Jim Ed, both of the home; and his parents, Mr.
& Mrs. C. A., Fluty, Norman.
Funeral services will include Rose Croix Masonic
rites.
